Cloud works at the Strife Delivery Service, which is run by his childhood friend Tifa Lockhart.

This Verse takes place before/during the Events of Advent Children. Cloud is still affected by the Geostigma, which causes a large amount of physical and mental pain.

Cloud is a man with light skin and is of average height with a lean and toned build. He has spiky blond hair.
Cloud is a somber character, tormented by guilt over what he perceives as his past failings to save those he cares about.
Cloud nasceu na cidade de Nibelheim, filho de mãe solteira vivendo numa casa modesta. Desde criança demonstrava dificulades para se relacionar com outras pessoas, sendo constantemente isolado e mesmo hostilizado pelas crianças da vizinhança.
Seu sonho sempre foi se juntar à ShinRa e fazer parte do Seleto grupo de SOLDIERs encabeçado pelo Heroi Sephiroth.
Aos 14 anos deixou sua cidade e partiu para Midgar com o intuito de realizar o sonho, o que acabou não aconyecendo.
Ao se alistar no Serviço Militar, Cloud demonstrou exímio talento com espadas e habilidades acima do normal em combate. Tendo sido selecionado para o Processo Seletivo para a SOLDIER, ele foi testado (e exposto a Energia Mako) e reprovado por intolerância a células JENOVA.
